Emergency department visits
Once you’re admitted to the emergency department (ED), you can use OhioHealth MyChart on your mobile device to access up-to-date information, view your care team and stay connected during the stay. Ensure loved ones who can’t be with you during your ED visit know what’s going on by designating them to receive automatic updates about your care.
Research studies at OhioHealth
Browse available research studies through Study Finder, indicate research you might be open to participating in and communicate with research teams for studies you’re involved with all through OhioHealth MyChart.
Enhanced account security
Your account is protected by the latest in digital security. Set up a passkey — a faster, more secure way to sign in using your face, fingerprint or a personal identification number (PIN) — instead of a password. Go to your account settings to set up a passkey or enable two-factor authentication.
Online scheduling
Schedule appointments directly in OhioHealth MyChart — no phone call needed. Online scheduling or scheduling in the app is available for many appointment types across OhioHealth locations.
Set up payment plans
Before a scheduled surgery or appointment, you can now set up a payment plan directly in OhioHealth MyChart, making it easier to plan out-of-pocket costs ahead of time.
Appointment check-in
Spend less time on paperwork at your appointment by checking in on OhioHealth MyChart. Add your current medications list, answer health questions and update your insurance, contact and payment information when it’s most convenient for you.
Upload screening results from outside OhioHealth
Have you had a mammogram, cancer screening or other preventative care somewhere outside the OhioHealth network? Now you can upload the results directly into OhioHealth MyChart so your OhioHealth care team has a complete view of your preventative care history.
