Our exercise physiologists are with you at every step on your path to wellness. They will meet with you one-on-one for your initial intake assessment, where they will examine your fitness level, using cardiovascular tests and other evaluation tools, to understand how your heart rate and blood pressure respond to activity. After a thorough evaluation, they will design a fitness plan that meets your health and fitness goals and needs, including increasing endurance, enhancing strength and improving flexibility.
Exercise physiologists provide ongoing support for you in your exercise programs and also work with you and your physicians to re-evaluate your fitness program on an annual basis. They circulate the exercise floor during hours of operation to answer questions and assist you with your exercise program progression.
All of our exercise physiologists have completed a degree in exercise physiology or are certified by the American Society of Exercise Physiologists.
