Neuroscience Wellness Center Classes and Programs

Exercise, education and support under one roof

The Neuroscience Wellness Center is so much more than a gym. Not only do you have access to an open gym with adaptive exercise equipment, but you can also meet your wellness goals through customized fitness programs, gain knowledge about your condition through educational classes, and find a community of supportive specialists and people who share similar experiences.

Achieve your best health

We believe that living well with a neurologic condition means fueling your mind, body and spirit. Our tailored programs and teams of specially trained instructors will help you reach all of your wellness goals.

Members-only group fitness classes

We believe that exercising together with a group of people facing similar challenges and working toward similar goals is more powerful than doing it alone. We encourage our members to participate in our group fitness classes designed to meet your personal interests, neurologic condition and physical abilities. Our classes vary in difficulty and intensity level, including chair-based, basic and advanced options.
