Visiting hours

Family and friends are an important part of a patient's recovery. Visiting hours may vary for some units based on the patient's condition and needs. See our visitor policy.

  • Families should speak with the patient's care team to determine the most appropriate visitation option and schedule.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside or outside any OhioHealth hospital.

Parking, map and directions

Free valet services are available to patients and visitors at the main hospital entrance, Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 8 PM, and at the Medical Office Building (MOB) entrance, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

  • Handicap parking is available in the main parking area off Glessner Avenue, near the hospital and MOB entrances. Additional handicap spaces are located near the emergency department entrance.
  • The parking garage can be reached from the main parking area.
  • Surface parking for patients and guests is available in lots H and G, as well as near the emergency and wound care entrances.
  • Signs are located throughout the hospital to help you find your destination. Stop by the information desk or ask any associate if you need help.

Patient meals

Patients can place an order by calling (419) 526–3663 or a room service representative can help with meal ordering.

Market Twenty 4 Seven

Located in the surgery waiting area, this 24/7 self-serve kiosk offers a variety of grab-and-go snacks, beverages and more.

Cafeteria

Located on the first floor, our full-service cafeteria serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.

  • Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 7 PM
  • Breakfast served daily until 10:45 AM
  • Lunch and dinner available daily from 11 AM to 7 PM

Gift shop

Stop by our gift shop to find flowers, cards, gifts and small comforts to brighten a patient's day. The gift shop is operated by volunteers of the Mansfield Hospital Auxiliary. Hours of operation may vary.

Housekeeping and environmental services

Your room and bathroom will be cleaned daily throughout your stay. For any housekeeping needs, call our operator at (614) 544–1000 and they will direct your call.

Chapel and pastoral care

Members from various religions are available to provide spiritual help to you and your family. Call (614) 544–5000 for pastoral care, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. On nights and weekends, a chaplain is on call. Your care team can help you reach them.
