At OhioHealth Hospice, we believe every moment matters. That’s why for more than 25 years, we have enhanced patients’ quality of life by helping them and their loved ones develop a personal care plan that best fits their goals and needs at the end of life, regardless of their ability to pay for these services.
Your generosity helps us meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people with terminal illnesses by providing many important services, including:
- Bereavement and Grief Programs
- Kobacker House (inpatient facility)
- Home care
- Short-term respite care for families
- Volunteer training
- Outreach and education (including specialized art, massage and pet therapies)
- Community-based grief programs for adults and children.
There are a number of ways to contribute, at many giving levels, in which your tax-deductible charitable contribution can be made to support our faith-based, not-for-profit hospice care through OhioHealth. Contributors to OhioHealth Hospice can make gifts as a general donation, memorial donation in memory of someone they love or through legacy/estate giving.
Your gift makes a difference no matter how you select to attribute your donation. For more information on estate planning and legacy giving, please contact the OhioHealth Foundation at (614) 544.4483.
Your gift today will make it possible for us to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes or in Kobacker House, our inpatient facility. Through these efforts, we are able to focus on comfort and quality of life for our patients by managing their pain and other symptoms, while also addressing their emotional, social and spiritual needs.
