Meet Tristan Hall

Tristan Hall is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at OhioHealth, a nationally recognized, faith-based health system serving communities across Ohio. In this role, he leads the organization’s enterprise human resources strategy, overseeing talent management, workforce planning, total rewards, culture, associate experience, and organizational development for more than 35,000 associates and providers. 

Tristan is known for his strategic leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to strengthening organizational culture. He plays a key role in shaping OhioHealth’s people strategy to support high-quality care, workforce stability, and a meaningful associate experience. His leadership focuses on aligning business priorities with purpose, ensuring that OhioHealth continues to be an employer of choice while delivering on its mission to improve the health of those it serves.

In addition to his work at OhioHealth, Tristan is actively engaged in the community. He serves on the Boards of Directors for the Columbus Urban League and the African American Leadership Academy, supporting efforts to advance economic opportunity, leadership development, and equity across central Ohio. He is a strong advocate for civic engagement and developing future leaders. In recognition of his leadership and impact, he was named a 2025 “40 Under 40” honoree.

Tristan holds a Master of Public Administration degree and brings a strong foundation in public policy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness to his work. He also teaches part time at local universities, where he shares his experience and passion for leadership and public service with the next generation of leaders.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Tristan enjoys traveling, live music, and exploring Columbus’s vibrant culinary scene. He is most proud of his role as a father to his daughters, Noelle and Savannah, who inspire his commitment to building a more inclusive and promising future.
