Meet Rosemary Pitts
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Rosemary Pitts, MBA, joined OhioHealth in February 2026 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her role, she is responsible for leading the system’s financial strategy, operations and long-term fiscal stewardship in support of OhioHealth's mission and growth objectives.
With more than 25 years of executive financial leadership experience, Rosemary brings a strong track record of aligning financial strategy with operational priorities to support long-term organizational success. She has guided organizations through periods of growth and transformation and partnered closely with executive leaders and boards to strengthen performance, improve processes and support strategic decision-making. She is known for building strong relationships across organizations and fostering high-performing teams.
Prior to joining OhioHealth, Rosemary served as CFO at PerkinElmer, where she led global finance operations and supported international teams and shared services functions. Previously, she was CFO of Hyperion Materials & Technologies, where she oversaw finance, strategic pricing, IT and mergers and acquisitions, leading acquisition integrations. Earlier in her career, Rosemary spent 15 years at Cardinal Health with roles including an expat assignment in Dublin, Ireland, and Senior Vice President and CFO of the company’s $16 billion medical segment, leading large global teams and helping drive operational and financial transformation initiatives.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wright State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has been recognized for her leadership and impact across finance and healthcare organizations. Her recognitions include being named a Treasury and Risk “40 Under 40” award recipient and participating in multiple executive leadership development programs. Rosemary has three children and enjoys traveling and reading.
