Meet Lori Turner
Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer
Lori Turner joined Ohio Health in April 2026 as Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer. In this role, she is charged with helping create OhioHealth’s customer experience strategy and gain a deeper consumer mindset, with more robust data and insights to help OhioHealth be the safest, easiest to use healthcare system.
Lori supports the development of innovative marketing strategies that increase awareness, relevance and respect among many audiences, including our own patients, partners and community members. She has a proven track record of capturing the voice of the customer, so their wants and needs are addressed. Her marketing, customer experience and digital leadership includes telling powerful stories to uplift organizations, designing customer journeys to support moments that matter and building digital experiences to improve everyday interactions.
Prior to joining OhioHealth, Lori served at Chief Marketing Officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Chief Marketing, Innovation and Experience Officer for Beacon Health System, and Vice President, Network Marketing and Strategic Communications for Kettering Health Network in Ohio.
Lori received her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Ohio and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton. She earned an Innovation Mentor Certification from the University of Notre Dame and trained under Pine and Gilmore to receive her Experience Economy Expert Certification.
Lori is a native of Ohio. She and her husband, Steve, volunteer in the community and enjoy time with their adult children, extended family and grand dogs.
