Meet Lindsey Osting, MS, BSN, RN
President, OhioHealth Doctors Hospital
Lindsey Osting leads operations and strategic development as president of OhioHealth Doctors Hospital. Previously, she served as the chief nursing officer and vice president of Patient Care at Doctors Hospital. Lindsey sits on the OhioHealth joint venture board for the Riverside Outpatient Surgery Center. With more than 20 years of experience in her healthcare career, she has served in a number of leadership roles throughout the OhioHealth system.
With a focus on patient care, quality outcomes and value, she has led large-scale strategic initiatives achieving staffing efficiencies and cost reduction for patients and the organization. Lindsey has a personal passion for servant leadership. She has a proven record of engaging associates, leaders and physicians, at all levels.
Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Otterbein University and Master of Science in Health Systems Management from The Ohio State University. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
