Our Outpatient Surgery Team

Expert Surgical Care, Exceptional Service

The central, north central and southeastern Ohio regions are well-served by dedicated OhioHealth care teams who perform outpatient surgery in our state-of-the-art hospitals and surgery centers.

Meet Our Surgical Team

Outpatient surgery refers to surgery that doesn’t require an overnight hospital stay. This type of surgery is sometimes called ambulatory or same-day surgery. You’ll receive the same high-level care as patients who require an overnight stay in the hospital.

From pre-surgery education to post-surgical care, your best health is our highest priority. After you go home, our team will stay in close contact with you, readily accessible at any time of day or night.

Your care team will vary depending on the surgery and other factors. Our expertise spans a full spectrum of skills and specialties. This includes advanced capabilities in areas such as robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive procedures.

At OhioHealth, our doctors, nurses and customized teams of specialists collaborate closely and contribute unique skills.

Health professionals who may contribute to your care include:
