This is our central scheduling telephone number used only for neurological referrals and for patient scheduling.
When you call, you’ll talk with a non-clinical specialist trained to connect you to a scheduler, who will pair your patient with the right physician. This includes taking into consideration physician availability, urgency of the patient’s condition and the patient’s location requirements. We also can connect your patient to the neurologist or neurosurgeon you request.
Before the appointment, your patient will receive biographical information of the doctor, new patient information and a map of the physician’s location.
Please have the patient’s insurance information at hand when you call. Required diagnostic records vary by physician – we’ll work with you on what’s needed.
