Applications for Summer Semester will be accepted starting February 1st. For rotations taking place between May 1 and July 31 (Summer Semester) the deadline is March 1st.

Applications for Fall Semester will not be accepted until May 2026

OhioHealth APP Student Rotation Application

Application for rotations at any OhioHealth facility or location for any type of NP, PA, CNS, CNM, CRNA, or AA students.

Determine for which semester you are applying. Semester is determined by the start date of your rotation. (Example - Clinical start date of June 3. Apply during the Summer Semester application window)

Application Windows and Deadlines

*Spring Semester (January 1 - April 30) - Applications accepted starting October 1. Deadline is November 1.

*Summer Semester (May 1 - July 31) - Applications accepted starting February 1. Deadline is March 1.

*Fall Semester (August 1 - December 31) - Applications accepted starting May 1. Deadline is June 1.

Your school representative will be emailed after your application is received to confirm you are in good standing with their institution and that they have malpractice insurance.

Notifications of placements are sent by email within 3 weeks of application deadline.

Applications are only processed one semester at a time. Please submit a new application for each semester you wish to rotate during the appropriate application window. This includes if you will be with the same preceptor for another semester.
