Being away from home can be tough — whether you're a patient or a visitor. OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital was designed to provide the comforts of home, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Free surface lot parking is available near the main entrance for all of our patients and visitors.

Visiting hours

Family and friends are an important part of a patient's recovery. Visiting hours may vary for some units based on the patient's condition and needs.

With our smart room technology, we can connect a patient to loved ones virtually.
Families should speak to the patient's nurse to determine the most appropriate visitation option and schedule.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside any OhioHealth hospital.

Chapel and pastoral care

Pickerington Methodist Chapel is located on the first floor just past the Blue Elevators. The chapel is open 24 hours a day.

A chaplain is available to provide spiritual and emotional support for you and those who are close to you.
Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, you may call (614) 544.5000, and ask for Pastoral Care. On nights and weekends, a chaplain is on-call. Ask your nursing staff and they will page the on-call chaplain.

Market Cafe:
Located on the first floor. Grab and go snacks available 24/7. Credit card and mobile pay only.

- InstaEat (order and pick up): Monday-Friday, 3 PM-7 PM and Saturday-Sunday, 7 AM - 6 PM
Retail pharmacy – Retail pharmacy: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5 PM
