Gender Affirming Surgical Procedures
- Vaginoplasty – removal of penis, scrotum, and testicles, and creation of vagina using penile skin
- Vulvoplasty (zero depth vaginoplasty)
- Metoidioplasty – creation of a penis by releasing hormonally enlarged clitoris. This includes the following procedures:
- Scrotoplasty – creation of a scrotum, with testicular implants
- Urethroplasty – a urethral lengthening procedure done at the time of metoidioplasty
- Vaginectomy – removal and closure of the vaginal canal
- Orchiectomy – removal of the testes
- Simple release
- Gender nullification
- Phalloplasty
- Masculinizing chest surgery
- Bilateral salpingectomy
- Robotic hysterectomy with or without oophorectomy
