Your care team includes: Advanced practice providers (APPs) : Nurse practitioners and physician assistants with specialized BMT training. BMT coordinator : Guides you through testing, admission and transplant logistics. BMT physician : Oversees your treatment plan and follow-up care. Nurse navigator : Provides education, support and continuity of care throughout your journey.
