Our plastic surgery services include: 

  • Breast Reconstruction: Expander/Implant Reconstruction both at the time of mastectomy and after definitive chemotherapy and radiation, as well as autologous reconstruction with TRAM and Latissimus flaps. Use of Fat transfer to improve the final reconstructions shape and feel.
  • Breast Reduction: Reducing macromastia in patients older than 18.
  • Breast Lift: Changing a ptotic breast to a more youthful shape, by adjusting the nipple position and contouring the breast mound.
  • Liposuction: Removal of fat and contouring the shape of legs, abdomens, flanks.
  • Fat Transfer: The ability to remove fat in a liposuction-like technique, then re-inject it to improve areas where either fat has atrophied (e.g. “The Aging Face”) or where cancer has removed it (e.g. Breast reconstruction).
  • Face Lift: Removal of excess wrinkles and re-draping the skin to obtain a more youthful appearance.
  • Facial Fractures: Repair of fractures of the face; mandible, maxilla, or orbital floor.
  • Repair of Tendon Injuries of the Hand: Replacement or repair of injuries that interfere with normal movement of the hand, as well as repair of the digital nerves in the hand.
  • Trigger Finger Release: Release of the A-1 pulley to return a finger to normal function and/or steroid injection into this area as needed.
  • Excision of Mucous Cyst of the Finger: Removal of the cysts on the DIP joints.
  • Excision of Ganglions of the Hand and Wrist: Removal of ganglions on the dorsal wrist and on volar wrist near the radial artery.
  • Carpal Tunnel Surgery: Minimal incision technique with minimal splinting.
  • Wound Care: Treating problem wounds with surgical and topical techniques.
  • Skin Cancer Reconstruction on the Face: Use of forehead flaps, nasolabial flaps, and cartilage grafts to reconstruct the nose, eyelids, cheek, and face after excision of cancer.
  • Muscle Flaps: Used for breast reconstruction, repair of pressure sores, and for repair of surgical defects after cancer.
