  • A weekly educational session. Topics include:

    • Lymphedema
    • Exercise prescription
    • Nutrition
    • Stress management
    • Yoga
  • 10-week program with two exercise sessions per week under the supervision of an exercise physiologist

  • "From the very first session I noticed relief. This individualized program is great for recovery and a lifetime of exercise. Enrolling in this program clearly accelerated my recovery.”
  • "This program, along with the weekly educational presentations made me feel heard and validated as a "Cancer Warrior." The program gave me the confidence to continue to live my life as best as possible. Two words: highly recommended.
  • "Cancer made me feel out of control. The cancer wellness program gave me a way to get some control back. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about what each person needs and they guide you with patience and kindness. This program was the first time I felt like I could get to the other side. It’s amazing!"

Nutritional counseling combines supplements and herbals into traditional nutrition support. A session with a dietitian starts with a series of open-ended questions to understand your daily schedule, thoughts, nutritional barriers and current diet. The dietitian will suggest plant-based diets, whole grains and limited sodium intake.
