Career Interests: Neurology, Emergency Medicine, CardiologyWhy OhioHealth: Both the acute and ambulatory care rotations available to residents, along with OhioHealth's pharmacy residency programs' long-standing history and reputation, will provide me with the framework I need to achieve my career goals. The interactions that I had with current leadership, pharmacists, and resident are what drew me specifically to Doctors Hospital. I trust that Doctors Hospital will prioritize my education and shape me into a high caliber clinical pharmacist.

Having that solid support system is what differentiates between a great residency program from a good residency program.

The biggest reason is the feeling of home I got from my interview experience with the team at Grant Medical Center. I also have a very strong interest in Emergency Medicine and there is no better place for this than Grant. I have worked for OhioHealth for ~3 years as an intern and I have been very impressed with how they treat the employees: I always feel like part of a big pharmacy family.
Hobbies: Volleyball, reading, traveling, hanging out with my husband and dog, board games

Career Interests: Internal medicine, cardiology, ambulatory careWhy OhioHealth: While completing my APPE rotations at Grant, I felt like I was a part of a family. In addition, there was a heavy emphasis on teaching and improvement within the pharmacy department and health system. A supportive yet rich learning environment was exactly what I was looking for and why I chose OhioHealth!
Hobbies: The majority of my hobbies revolve around food. I love to cook, watch mukbangs, and travel to try new cuisines. My favorite places are hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Outside of that, I am an avid kpop and kdrama fan. My favorite group is BTS because their music is meaningful and helped me get through some tough times in my life.

I wanted a residency program that felt like a second family and allowed me to be myself, and RMH is that place for me.

Career Interests: Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Critical CareWhy OhioHealth: After spending 6 years in South Carolina working towards my PharmD, I was excited about the prospects of returning back home to Columbus, Ohio. I completed an APPE rotation at Riverside with Katherine Crawford, who encouraged me to seek out larger programs for the opportunity to work at the fullest extent of my license and get the opportunities to see advanced practices that a large hospital system like OhioHealth could provide me. Beyond OhioHealth as a whole, it was really my APPE experience at Riverside and observing the sense of community and respect between staff members that brought me back when applying to residency programs.

My preceptors, along with the entire pharmacy team, providers, and nurses I worked alongside each day welcomed me as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team. Riverside specifically was the best fit for me based on the wide variety of specialty rotations offered. Being able to rotate through the various specialties I am interested in will better allow me to determine which field of clinical pharmacy I wish to pursue following the completion of my PGY1 residency.
Hobbies: Crafting, interior decorating, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Career Interests: My career interests include critical care, psychiatry, neurology, and pain management.Why OhioHealth: I have enjoyed working for OhioHealth since I started as a pharmacy intern. Through doing a few rotations with OhioHealth, I found many people that I would consider role models. I love the fact that I can begin pursuing a pharmacy career at Riverside where there are so many successful pharmacists especially in the critical care field.
Hobbies: I have always enjoyed music whether it be playing the flute or piano or going to concerts. I also identify as an amateur baton twirler which I picked during senior year of college. Otherwise, I enjoy cooking new dishes and reading books.
