Participants in VITALITY 2.0 will work with an Exercise Physiologist, Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator, and ACE Certified Health Coach to develop and reinforce healthy behaviors for a lifetime. The 12-week program is for people with moderate to significant weight loss needs or other non-cardiac health conditions that can be positively affected by healthy lifestyle changes. Included in the program:

  • Program Design at the beginning and end of program (2 total)
  • One 30-minute personal training session per week (10 total)
  • One progress check with an Exercise Physiologist per week (10 total)
  • One nutrition consultation with a Registered Dietician per month (3 total)
  • One initial health coaching session and two follow-up sessions (3 total)
