How Our Home Care Team Supports Patients
Every day, the professionals on OhioHealth’s expert and compassionate team touch the lives of individuals and families. Our many services include hospice care – at home or in Kobacker House.
We help people cope during some bittersweet times. Despite the challenges of this journey, enriching experiences result for everyone involved.
