Beginning PilatesJoin us for this gentle but effective exercise. The ability to get down to — and up off of — the floor is a requirement as is the ability to lie on the back. Class size is limited to ensure safety.

Breathing, Laughing, and Other Good Things This class is designed with exercises to improve your breathing and laughter yoga to improve your mood. A series of gentle breathing, moving and laughter exercises. No mats or experience needed ... come join the fun — you have to try it!

Delay the Disease Three different class options are offered weekly for this evidence-based group fitness program designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease. Classes are specific to participants’ symptoms.

Gentle Aerobics for Strength and Lung Expansion An aerobics and strength class for those who want to begin or maintain a fitness program (with physician approval).
