Balance™ Yoga A 60-minute gentle workout. Focus on natural alignment to decrease aches and pains. Gentle stretching -- 3 classes per week. Pre-registration is not required. Check with your physician before beginning a new exercise program.

Delay the Disease: Transitions ClassThis class is for those who have just completed the 12 Week "Delay the Disease" class at the McConnell Heart Health Center.
