Balance™ Yoga I A 60-minute gentle workout. Focus on natural alignment to decrease aches and pains. Gentle stretching -- 3 classes per week. Pre-registration is not required. Check with your physician before beginning a new exercise program.

Breathing, Laughing, and Other Good Things This class is designed with exercises to improve your breathing and lung health and laughter yoga to improve your mood. A series of gentle breathing, moving and laughter exercises with an experienced respiratory therapist. No mats or experience needed. Come join the fun — you have to try it!
