Comprehensive Primary Care

Our primary care physicians and residents offer reliable, convenient care for everything from minor illnesses and injuries, to the routine management of chronic health conditions like diabetes or asthma. Our goal is to provide excellent, empathetic care that keeps you and your family in the best health.

Since we are an active learning environment, if your physician isn’t available when you need an appointment, another member of that same team or resident physcian will see you. This ensures you will receive the best continuity of care.

Your Patient-centered Medical Home

The Riverside Family Practice Center is your patient centered medical home. We facilitate a partnership between you and your personal physician, and when appropriate, your family. Our comprehensive, expert care includes a focus on preventive medicine. We coordinate your care when a specialist is needed and provide chronic disease management based on the most up-to-date evidence-based guidelines. We want to know about your full medical history and all medical care you received so we can best support you.
