How to Apply
Applications for the OhioHealth Acute Care APP Fellowship are accepted annually from February 1 through March 15. The program begins annually in September/October.
Initial interviews may begin immediately and acceptance to the program will occur on a rolling basis. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
Our Application Process
ALL of the following requirements must be submitted in order for your application to be considered complete and eligible for review:
1. Program Application: To complete the application, go to: https://ohiohealth.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/OhioHealthJobs
- Search for job title: APP Fellow
- Complete the online application
- Upload a file containing:
- Resume/CV
- Letter of Intent: One-to-two page letter that describes your career goals and explains how prior work or educational experiences have prepared you for practice in your desired acute care setting including a brief statement explaining your interest in the Fellowship and how it may help you attain your career goals.
2. Submit three (3) Professional References: Professional References can be submitted directly by each individual reference. To submit a professional reference, click here.
3. Submit a Transcript from accredited NP/PA graduate program (If applicant is a current student, transcripts can reflect current progress in the program and do NOT have to be FINAL transcripts):
