About Us
The McConnell Heart Health Center is named in honor of John H. and Peggy J. McConnell.
Mr. McConnell's vision was to provide a holistic approach to the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of heart disease. The McConnell Center is a reality thanks to his generous gift. McConnell Heart Health Center is continually recognized for outstanding customer service and patient experience.
Regular Hours
Monday through Thursday: 5:30 AM to 9 PM
Friday: 5:30 AM to 8 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM to 6 PM
Fitness Center Features
The McConnell Center is a clean and well-maintained facility that offers members, age 18 and over the following:
- Cardiovascular and weight-training equipment
- FitLinxx, computerized workout system
- Half court gymnasium
- Indoor track (one-tenth mile)
- Indoor 25-yard lap pool
- Warm-water therapy and exercise pools
- Spacious locker rooms
- Showers, Saunas and steam rooms
- Heart-healthy café
- Peggy's path, outdoor walking trail
