Food/Beverage

Skylight Café

Hours:
Monday – Friday from 6:30 AM to 7 PM
Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 7 PM

Skylight Café is located on the ground level of the hospital and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at the above hours.

Vending Machines

Snack foods and beverages are located throughout the hospital.

Please ask a staff member for the location of the vending area nearest your room.

Patient Meals

Hours:
Breakfast: 7:30 to 8:30 AM
Lunch: 11:45 AM to 12:30 PM
Dinner: 5 to 5:30 PM

Patients are invited to select their meals from a variety of physician-approved diets. Our nutrition hosts will assist you with all of your food needs, as well as any special requests, within your dietary restrictions. Your host is also available to answer any questions you may have about your meal selections.

If your physician orders a special diet for you, an explanation of that diet will be provided by our Nutrition Services staff. If you have additional questions about your diet, you may talk with one of our registered dietitians by calling the dietitian hotline from your room at (740) 383-8848.

We provide a free meal on Thanksgiving and Christmas to one guest.

Our TWIG III volunteer-operated gift shop, located adjacent to the main lobby, offers a variety of greeting cards, candies, gifts, flowers and personal items.

Banking

An ATM is located in the basement of the hospital. Deposits cannot be made to this machine.

Notary Services

Notary services are available for patient needs. For assistance, contact our case management department at (740) 383-8788 from the phone in the patient's room.

Communication

Mail and Flower delivery

Any mail received after the patient is discharged will be forwarded to the home, or to the address provided during the admission process.

Copies of USA Today and The Columbus Dispatch may be purchased from newspaper boxes located outside the front entrance of the hospital.

Cards, balloons (mylar only), gifts and flowers sent to patients during hospitalization will be delivered to the room by our volunteers.

Internet

Wireless Internet is available in waiting rooms, the cafeteria, patient rooms and hallways. To access the Internet:

  1. Go to the settings option on your device.
  2. Choose Wi-Fi.
  3. Verify that Wi-Fi is on for the device you are connecting to the Internet.
  4. Select “OhioHealth Guest Internet” from the list of networks presented.
  5. Press the “accept” button to connect.
  6. Open your Internet browsing application and browse.
