Parking Information

OhioHealth Grant Medical Center offers free valet and garage parking for patients and their visitors. After parking, pick up a voucher in any nursing unit or information desk to use when you exit.

Free Valet Parking

Free valet parking services are available at:

Main Hospital Entrance
111 South Grant Avenue
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 4 PM

The Surgical and Heart Center
East Town and South 6th
Hours: Monday-Friday, 5 AM to 4 PM

The Bone and Joint Center
323 East Town Street
Hours: Monday-Friday, 5 AM to 4 PM

William W. Wilkins Professional Building
285 E State Street
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM

After leaving your car with the valet, pick up a voucher from any nursing unit or information desk inside the hospital. Hand the voucher to the valet when you want to pick up your car.

*Note: All of the valets stop parking cars at 4 PM each day, but retrievals are available until 7:30 PM by calling (614) 788-5858.

Parking Garages

Garages are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The parking garages are free to patients and visitors. After parking, drivers must take their parking ticket inside to have it validated. Parking is $10 without validation. Click here for more information and validation locations. For all other drivers, automated cashiers at each of the garage exits accept credit/debit cards.

Orange Garage:
393 East Town Street, just east of South Grant Avenue

Blue Garage:
141 South 6th Street, across from the Surgical and Heart Center

Street Parking

On-street parking is available around the hospital at parking meters. Most meters are for a maximum of one hour.

Protective Services

Protective Services officers are available to walk you to your car 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can be reached at (614) 566.9300.

Handicapped Parking

Handicapped parking is available in garages and on the street. If no handicapped spaces are available, ask for assistance at any of the three valet locations. If after valet hours, simply call Protective Services at (614) 566.9300

Patient Information and Visiting Hours

We understand the importance of family and friends to a patient's recovery. Visiting hours may vary for some units based on the patient's condition and needs.

Families should speak to the patient's nurse to determine the most appropriate visitation schedule.

Smoking or tobacco use of any kind is not permitted inside or outside Grant or any other OhioHealth hospital.

Welcome Guide for Patients and Families

Chapel Hours

The Pastoral Care Office and Chapel are located on the first floor, just off the main lobby. The Chapel is available for personal prayer and meditation at any time, day or night. Chapel services are held Sundays at 11 a.m. The Pastoral Care Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dial “0” to request the chaplain on-call.

Housekeeping and Environmental Services

Housekeeping is about more than just cleanliness; it’s our opportunity to make a first and lasting impression during your visit to Grant. Comfort and safety are a significant part of your healthcare.
