The OhioHealth Sports Medicine Center offers free parking and is conveniently located near the OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital, just off Avery Road.
At your appointments, our multidisciplinary team of sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers and imaging technologists will work together to streamline your care, providing a more effective treatment plan.
What to Bring to Your Office Visit
On the day of your sports medicine appointment, please remember to bring the following:
- Photo ID
- Health insurance card(s)
- Co-payment
- All your medications in their original bottles
- All available medical records and test results
