Construction at Main Entrance

Please note: the main hospital entrance will be closed to all traffic during crane assembly, November 10 at 5 p.m. to November 11 at 5 a.m.; and during crane disassembly, November 19 at 4 p.m. to November 20 at 4 a.m. During this time, electronic message boards will be in place to redirect traffic to enter and exit the Riverside Methodist campus via Thomas Lane.

Beginning November 11 at 5 a.m., incoming traffic from North Broadway will be permitted and able to travel west to the Red Garage. There will be no outbound traffic to North Broadway, due to equipment placement for the project. Additional valet will be available at the Red and Green entrances to assist patients and visitors.

All traffic will be directed to exit the hospital campus via Thomas Lane. Signage at all parking areas and around campus, as well as Protective Services officers, will be in place to direct traffic to exit on Thomas Lane. The Columbus Police Department will be on site to monitor traffic flow and assist with traffic light control at Thomas Lane and Olentangy River Road during peak hours. COTA bus services will be maintained throughout the construction project.

Please allow for extra travel time to Riverside Methodist during this project. Thank you for your patience during this important construction project.
