Assessment of Franklin County’s Health Needs
OhioHealth Rehabilitation Hospital is pleased to present its Community Health Needs Assessments for Franklin County. We are confident these assessments present an excellent summary of the health needs of this community.
Links to the Rehabilitation Hospital’s Community Health Needs Assessments are provided below. The hospital’s passion for meeting local community needs is directly tied to our mission to improve the health of those we serve.
The Rehabilitation Hospital collaborated with other OhioHealth member hospitals in Franklin County to develop these Community Health Needs Assessments, including Riverside Methodist Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Doctors Hospital and Dublin Methodist Hospital. We also worked with these hospitals to develop implementation strategies to meet the needs identified in these Community Health Needs Assessments.
OhioHealth and the Rehabilitation Hospital will continue to provide substantial community benefit by improving quality of care, increasing access to care, and enhancing healthcare services for our communities, patients and their families. We look forward to working with community partners to address these needs.
