If you’re a teen, you’ll need a signed consent from your parent to participate.
If you delivered your baby at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center and you did NOT receive care when you were pregnant, you can participate in this program. We can also talk to you about postpartum depression, breastfeeding, safe sleeping and other things that can keep you and your baby healthy and safe.
We provide free sports and work physicals for students. Each year, we come to sites throughout central Ohio in August, September, February and May. Visits are arranged by the school nurse. Your parents will be contacted if you’re NOT cleared to participate.
