Diabetes Maintenance GroupSupport for adults with Type 1 and 2 diabetes and their family members through discussions and speakers. The group meets six times per year, every other month, from 7 to 8 p.m.

Engage Small Steps Diabetes ManagementOffered weekly to those with a diagnosis of diabetes. Encourages and fosters self-management skills through 7 weeks of participant-driven, diabetes-focused education with registered nurses, diabetic educators, registered dietitians, pharmacists, & health coaches. Does not require physician referral.

Living Well With DiabetesOne day class for people with diabetes and their families. Program covers basic nutrition, glucose monitoring, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, meal planning and medications. Bring a snack. Lunch not provided.
