Delay the Disease: Parkinson's - Basic LevelThis bi-weekly Basic level 12-week program is designed for people with Parkinson's who are able to walk but may need a cane or walker for assistance. This program empowers the participant to take control over the disease. It offers hope, functional mobility, and restores independence. Pre-registration is required.

Delay the Disease: Parkinson's - Chair LevelThis weekly Chair Level class is designed for people with Parkinson's who struggle to walk unassisted and demonstrate balance difficulties. Diabetes EducationOffered weekly for patients and their families to learn about diabetes self-management, nutrition, exercise, medication and blood sugar monitoring. Certified program with a multidisciplinary approach. Includes individual instruction by certified RN and dietitian. Physician referral required.

Diabetes Maintenance GroupSupport for adults with Type 1 and 2 diabetes and their family members through discussions and speakers. The group meets six times per year, every other month, from 7 to 8 p.m.

Gestational Diabetes EducationPatients and their families can arrange two, one-hour appointments with a certified diabetes educator nurse and dietitian for self-management of gestational diabetes. Requires referral from your physician and is covered by most insurance companies.

Living Well With DiabetesOne day class for people with diabetes and their families. Program covers basic nutrition, glucose monitoring, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, meal planning and medications. Bring a snack. Lunch not provided.
