Doctors Hospital offers room-service style meals from a menu of hot and cold options designed to meet your particular tastes while meeting any dietary restrictions ordered by your doctor. To place an order, call (614) 544-2328 from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Located on the first floor, the Doctors Hospital cafeteria serves:
- Breakfast: Monday through Friday, 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., Saturday and Sunday, 7 to 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch: Daily, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Café Express: Daily, 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. (pizza, grill items, grab-n-go items and salad bar)
- Dinner: Monday through Friday, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 4:30 to 6 p.m.
Open everyday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Banking services are available through an ATM machine on the first floor near the Information Desk.
Shopping & Gifts
Offering unique gifts, books and flowers, the Gift Shop is located on the first floor in the lobby of the hospital. It is open Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., and is closed on recognized holidays. To speak with someone at the gift shop, call (614) 544-1058.
Flowers, balloons (mylar only) and gifts are welcome in most rooms except the critical care areas.
Send an electronic greeting card to a loved one in the hospital. It will be printed and delivered to your loved ones hospital room by a volunteer.
Cell phones are permitted in most areas. Signs are posted in areas with cell phone restrictions. Pay phones are available in the lobby and emergency department waiting area.
Patient room phone numbers are listed in the room. Outgoing calls can be placed by dialing 9 plus the number. Long distance phone calls may be made with a calling card. Incoming calls are transferred to inpatient rooms 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dial 0 for help from the operator.
Doctors Hospital's hospital directory lists the name, hospital, room number, room phone number, general condition and religion of each patient, if provided. This information is only shared with people (visitors/callers) who ask for you by name, or by clergy who ask for patients by religious affiliation. You have the right to have your information excluded from this directory. Please note if you exclude your information, we will not be able to acknowledge your presence as a patient to any callers.
Internet & Computer
Wireless Internet is available in waiting rooms and in the cafeteria. If you have trouble accessing the network, call (614) 566-5804.
Computer modem hookups are also available in the surgery family waiting area on the first floor.
Mail will be delivered to your room Monday through Saturday. Any mail received after you are discharged will be forwarded to your home address. Please allow 10 days for forwarding.
News and TV
The Columbus Dispatch and USA Today are available in newspaper machines around the hospital. The Gift Shop also offers a wide range of popular magazines.
