OhioHealth is scheduling COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Ohioans 16 and older. Patients with an OhioHealth MyChart account can schedule online. You can only schedule a second-dose appontment with OhioHealth if you received your first vaccine dose at OhioHealth.
Appointment availability is limited by the number of doses we receive per county. At this time, we don't maintain a waitlist. Check back often if no appointments are available. Our COVID-19 hotline is open weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call volume is high when appointments are available.
OhioHealth is vaccinating Ohioans 16 and older. Vaccine recipients 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all appointments.

Available vaccines are subject to change. OhioHealth is not able to choose the types of vaccine we receive. If you are scheduled to receive a vaccine, but prefer a different type than what is available, please cancel your appointment and reschedule, so we can offer it to others.
Vaccine recipients must be 16 or older to be eligible for the Pfizer vaccine, and 18 or older to be eligible for the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccine appointments remain limited
OhioHealth matches the number of appointments we schedule to the number of doses we expect to receive in each shipment. At this time, we don't maintain a waitlist. OhioHealth physician offices cannot schedule your vaccine, so please do not call or message your providers with appointment requests.
If you have the opportunity to get the vaccine at another location in your community, we encourage you to take advantage of it. You can view a list of locations and book appointments through the Ohio Department of Health at GetTheShot.Coronavirus.ohio.gov. If you schedule an appointment at OhioHealth but choose to get your vaccine at another location, please cancel your OhioHealth appointment so we can offer it to others.
Scheduling with loved ones
Couple or group scheduling is not available for first or second doses. Appointments are scheduled individually. If you would like to receive your vaccine with a loved one, you must wait until each of you is eligible and consecutive appointments are available.
