Leslie is a physical therapist for OhioHealth’s Brain and Stroke program with sub-specialty expertise in neuromuscular, motor neuron and neurodegenerative diseases, including ALS.  Leslie has neurological rehabilitation experience in the acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings. She is a board-certified neurological clinical specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is neuro-developmental treatment (NDT) certified. Leslie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Ohio State University in 2010 and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Miami University in 2007. She has served as research coordinator for a multi-site clinical trial validating a novel balance outcome measure and has been published in the journal Experimental Neurology. Additionally, Leslie provides pro-bono physical therapy services to the underinsured of central Ohio through Physician’s Care Connection and has participated in several international medical mission trips. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
