Stop smoking
There are many resources in our community to help you stop smoking. For smoking cessation programs, call the Ohio Tobacco Quit Line at 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669).

Give to OhioHealth
If you've experienced extraordinary care at OhioHealth, and want to make the same experience possible for others, we invite you to give to the OhioHealth Foundation. As your community's leading not-for-profit healthcare partner, we rely on your support of the OhioHealth Foundation to continue providing those in need of charity care, to purchase new equipment and to offer needed healthcare programs in our community.

Complete a Survey
Within a few days of your discharge you may receive a patient satisfaction survey. Please help us by completing and returning this survey so that we may continue to provide extraordinary care and improve our services.

Voice a Concern
If you have a concern about your healthcare experience at OhioHealth, we encourage you to first discuss the issue with the team involved with your care and treatment. Should your concerns remain unresolved, please contact Customer Service at (614) 566-5708.

The Ohio Department of Health has established a hotline number, 1-800-342-0553, to receive, investigate, report and resolve complaints regarding quality issues relating to healthcare services.
