Meet Stacey Armstrong

President, OhioHealth Grant Medical Center

Stacey Armstrong serves as the president at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center. Stacey originally joined OhioHealth in 1991 as a medical technologist. She then transitioned into management positions that progressed into leadership roles. In 2009, Stacey served as the interim vice president at Grant. In this role, she was responsible for operational oversight for cancer, imaging, rehab, select support services, and managed divisional contributions that led to significant improvements in Grant’s overall performance.

From 2012 to 2015, she gained experience in various vice president roles including vice president of ambulatory care services and vice president of operations at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Stacey came back to OhioHealth in 2015 to assume the role as vice president, specialty practice operations, OhioHealth Physician Group. Prior to her current role as president at Grant, she served as chief operating officer at Grant.

In addition to her current role, Stacey is also the co-accountable executive for CareConnect (Epic), OhioHealth’s electronic medical record, serves as the operational liaison to the Administrative Fellowship Program, and is the accountable executive for two of OhioHealth’s endoscopy boards.  

Stacey received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and her masters of business administration from Franklin University. Stacey also serves on the VoiceCorps board, a non-profit radio station that provides access to print for people who cannot read the printed word, and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathology.
