Meet Carrie Harris-Muller
Senior Vice President, Population Health
Carrie Harris-Muller is the senior vice president of Population Health at OhioHealth. Carrie leads overall strategic direction around population health, which includes continued growth of our clinically integrated network driven by data analytics and insights as well as go-to market strategies through OhioHealthy and employer services.
Carrie came from Molina Healthcare, Inc. where she served as a corporate senior vice president with accountability for a wide range of responsibilities including strategies for mergers, acquisitions and oversight of health plans and primary care.
Prior to her role at Molina Healthcare, Inc., Carrie served as senior vice president clinical integration, health plans and Medicare ACOs for Tenet Healthcare Corporation. She also worked for Kaiser Permanente as the chief administrative officer in the mid-Atlantic states with accountability for the health plan and integrated care delivery.
Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Madonna University and a Master's of Science in Health Care Administration and Public Health from Central Michigan University. She is a certified Managed Care Executive by America’s Health Insurance Plans.
