Meet Brian D. Jepson
President, OhioHealth Central Ohio Market
Brian D. Jepson, FACHE, is responsible for developing strategic direction and future progression for the central Ohio market for OhioHealth. This includes overseeing operations, building strong internal cultures and implementing growth plans for OhioHealth Doctors Hospital, OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital, OhioHealth Grady Memorial Hospital, OhioHealth Grove City Methodist, OhioHealth Riverside Methodist and the Freestanding Emergency Departments. Previously, Mr. Jepson served as president and chief operating officer of Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Prior to joining OhioHealth, Mr. Jepson was the president of Rochester General Hospital, in New York and executive vice president and chief operating officer at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Morris Hospital and Healthcare Centers in Morris, Illinois, and vice president of Professional and Support Services at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio. While at Metro Health, Mr. Jepson was named to the Grand Rapids’ “40 under 40” list by the Grand Rapids Business Journal.
Mr. Jepson earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University. He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and has served on numerous community and healthcare boards.
