Sleep Disorders Treated at OhioHealth

According to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, The International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Second Edition documents 81 official sleep disorders. While some of these are very common, like insomnia and sleep apnea, many of them are found in only a small portion of people, such as narcolepsy.

OhioHealth Sleep Centers are accredited by the American Acadamy of Sleep Medicine and treat all sleep disorders.  Some of the most common disorders we treat are listed below.

  • Insomnia
  • Snoring
  • Sleep apnea
  • Narcolepsy
  • Restless legs syndrome & periodic limb movement
  • Gastroesophageal reflux & heartburn

You can read the full list of sleep disorders at sleepeducation.com, an official website of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
