Golf Pilates Intensive Saturdays from 8 to 8:55 am May 22, June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26 & July 10 - no classes held on May 29 or July 3
This 6 session series of classes will help you improve your golf game by taking you through the essential Pilates mat and reformer exercises that strengthen core muscles and improve balance and coordination.
