HomeReach has one of the most experienced infusion pharmacy services in central Ohio. In addition to all of our HomeReach pharmacists being specialized in home infusion pharmacy, every member of our dedicated team of home health infusion nurses is trained to administer these treatments intravenously, subcutaneously, or through an epidural.

Home Infusion Services

Many treatments can be administered in the comfort of your home, including chemotherapy and intravenous antibiotics. Some of our treatments include:

• Antibiotics/Anti-viral therapies
• Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN)

• Hydration
• Enteral nutrition therapy
• Remicaid®
• Immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy
• Respiratory medications via nebulizer

Our infusion nursing team works with you and your family to teach you how to administer treatments on your own. Through education, we can you help you gain more independence.

HomeReach Infusion Pharmacy's on-call pharmacist is available by phone 24 hours a day. Our team of nurses is also available 24 hours a day to answer your questions and provide any necessary care.
