WE believe that every moment matters. At OhioHealth, we believe that every moment matters. That's why, for more than 25 years, HomeReach Hospice has enhanced our patients' quality of life by helping them and their loved ones develop a personal care plan that best fits their goals and needs at the end of life.
HomeReach Hospice meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of peopl e with terminal illnesses. HomeReach Hospice includes:
- Kobacker House, a 24-bed inpatient hospice center
- home care
- short-term respite care for families
- volunteer training
- outreach and education
- community-based grief programs for adults and children
Donor support is critical to our mission. Gifts from individuals and companies, including memorial gifts, and foundation grants help maintain and expand our hospice services to those in need.
Your gift supports key initiatives including:
- community grief and bereavement programs
- specialized therapies like art, massage and pet therapies
- our faith-based not-for-profit commitment to care for indigent patients
All donations are tax deductible and are used solely to support HomeReach Hospice programs.
