Travel to/from Riverside Methodist Hospital during Rt. 315 Bridge & Road Project
Between June 15 and November 1, the Ohio Department of Transportation will be working on a construction project on Rt. 315 from I-670 to Ackerman Road. Both directions of traffic are using the southbound lanes. There are two lanes of traffic maintained in each direction. As a result of the lane restrictions, many entrance and exit ramps are closed and will impact access to and from Riverside Methodist Hospital. Getting to Riverside Methodist Hospital
Traveling north and south bound on Rt . 315
All exit ramps providing access to Riverside Methodist Hospital are open, you may still take the North Broadway exit; however you may need to allow additional travel time .
When leaving Riverside Methodist Hospital
Traveling north bound leaving Riverside Methodist, you may still take the North Broadway entrance ramp.
Traveling south bound leaving Riverside Methodist, you may use three alternative routes:
- Go north on Olentangy River Road and access Rt. 315 South just north of Henderson Road.
- Go south on Olentangy River Road and access Rt. 315 South just north of Goodale Blvd.
- Go east on North Broadway to access I-71 South.

Parking
Riverside Methodist offers three types of parking: garage, outside surface lot and valet.
Parking in the surface lots and parking garages costs $2 per exit, regardless of the amount of time.
Handicapped parking is available in all lots and garages. If no handicap spaces are available, ask any Parking or Valet staff for assistance.
Valet parking is available:
- 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends at the main hospital entrance in the Blue area Monday through Friday.
- 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the turnaround in front of the entrance to the North and South Medical Buildings near the Green Parking Garage.
- 7 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends in front of the entrance to the McConnel
 l Heart Hospital and the Emergency Department near the Red Parking Garage.
- 24 hours a day at the Riverside Women's Center.
To minimize confusion (and a lot of walking!), we encourage you to park near your destination.
If you are in the hospital for 14 or more consecutive days, parking for visitors is free. Passes are issued for two weeks at a time for up to two visitors. Passes may be obtained weekdays from 7 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3:30 p.m. in the first floor Parking Services office in the Orange area.
