Your Cancer Connections staff
Your Cancer Connections staff will work with you and your family every step of the way to:
- Answer your questions
- Help you communicate with your healthcare professionals
- Explain your diagnosis
- Explain procedures and treatments
- Link you to programs and services
- Provide information and support to your family
- Help you develop skills and confidence to maintain control over your care
- Provide support to help you cope
