From the North
Interstate 71 or State Route 23
If you are traveling south on Interstate 71, exit at Route 36/37 (exit 131) and go west approximately 7 miles until 36/37 splits into a Y. Follow 37 (which becomes Central Avenue) approximately 2 miles to the hospital, located on the left side of the street.

Traveling south on Route 23, exit at Central Avenue and go west. Follow Central Avenue west through downtown approximately 1 mile to the hospital, which is located on the left side of the street.

From the South
Interstate 71 or State Route 23
If you are traveling north on Interstate 71, exit at Route 36/37 (Exit 131) and go west approximately 7 miles until 36/37 splits into a Y. Follow 37 (which becomes Central Avenue) approximately 2 miles to the hospital, located on the left side of the street.

If you are traveling north on State Route 23, exit at Sandusky Street (left lane). Follow Sandusky Street through town to Central Avenue (Rt. 37) and turn left. Follow Central Avenue approximately 1 mile to the hospital which is located on the left side of the street.

From the East
State Route 37
If you are traveling west on Route 37 or 36/37, follow that until 36/37 splits into a Y. Follow 37 (which becomes Central Avenue) approximately 2 miles to the hospital, located on the left side of the street.

From the West
State Route 37
If you are traveling east on Route 37, it will become Central Avenue in Delaware. The hospital is located on the right side of the street.

NOTE: Once you reach Delaware, the blue and white "Hospital" directional signs can guide you to Grady.
