As part of the ongoing commitment to complete patient satisfaction
and excellence, Doctors Hospital has developed the Customer Service
Hotline. Doctors Hospital is the only hospital in central Ohio to
offer a program such as this, designed to close the loop on the
patient complaint process before the patient leaves the hospital.
Patients and their families have direct access to hospital
administrators by dialing (614) 544-1066. It is the priority of every Doctors
Hospital employee to provide the best care and customer service, from
front-line staff positions, to nursing and medical staff members, to
hospital administrators. Involving a member from the office of the president
can help Doctors' staff by providing the resources and support they
need to create a positive outcome for all involved.
