When you make a gift to our hospitals and healthcare services through the Foundation, you can be assured that your gift will used for the purpose for which it was given and handled with respect and confidentiality.  Maintaining your confidentiality is critical to us, that is why we adhere to strict privacy and security measures.

Ways to give

For your convenience, we have a variety of ways you can support our hospitals and healthcare services.  Cash gifts can be made in the form of check or money order payable to the OhioHealth Foundation. Credit card donations may also be sent through the mail or made online.

If you have a specific program your donation should support, please specify the area on the gift correspondence. If not otherwise specified, contributions will be used to support our hospitals' and healthcare services greatest needs.

Make a pledge
If you are interested in making a pledge commitment or create a recurring gift that gives you the option of making payments to the OhioHealth Foundation over time, call us at (614) 544-GIVE (4483) to request a Letter of Intent Form.

Honor and memorial gifts
If you want to honor or memorialize the lives of lives of family, friends, or loved ones who may have touched your life, making a gift to Riverside Methodist Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Doctors Hospital, Dublin Methodist Hospital or HomeReach Hospice can help you commemorate someone special.

You may also express your gratitude by honoring a physician, nurse, or staff member who took special care of you or your loved one. Upon making your donation, please request your gift be made in honor or memory of the individual. If you would like that individual notified or another family member acknowledged of your gift, please provide the person's name and address. A letter will be sent listing the name and address of the donor without the specified dollar amount of your gift.

Planned giving
For some people, a long-term planned gift may be the best way to make a gift from an estate, financial, and tax planning perspective. Planned giving includes bequests, trusts, annuities, and other strategic giving methods, each offering distinct financial advantage.
