Community Outreach provides programs and services for many highly targeted populations in the Columbus area. Most of these areas are needing help in some way. The staff consists of professional personnel that include registered nurses, dieticians, social workers, and other support personnel.
Funding is always needed to run community programs such as ours. Donations to any program may be made through the OhioHealth Foundation.
