Diabetes Services at the McConnell Heart Health Center
Diabetes services provided by the McConnell Center include diabetes specific classes, help with behavior change goals, individual instruction on diabetes management, a variety of educational materials and a specially trained team of nurses and other health professionals
A fee for services and a physician prescription are required. When taking the complete class series, the individual instruction is included in the fee. Alternative financial arrangements can be made through the Diabetes Care Center.
