Benefits eligibility and enrollment

An associate is benefits-eligible if employment status is 32 hours or more per pay.

New benefits-eligible associates are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. For example, if you are hired on March 15, you will become benefits-eligible on June 1.

Existing associates can elect or change their benefits once a year, during Annual Enrollment, which generally occurs in the Fall. (Note: Changes can be made during the course of the year ONLY in the case of qualified events.)
